1. Scope
This policy applies to the information processing activities that occur when you use AIWar (the “App”) on an iOS device, including single-player AI battles, local rooms, online multiplayer matches, leaderboards, subscriptions, and customer support.
2. Operator and Contact
The App is developed and operated by AIWar. If you have privacy questions, please contact us through the support email shown at the bottom of this page.
3. Information We Process
Local game data: game settings, local saves, replay cache, preferred language, and notification authorization status. This data is stored locally on your device by default.
Multiplayer data: when you create or join an online room, the system temporarily processes the room ID, player nickname, turn commands, and match results to enable real-time play. This data is typically retained for a reasonable period after the match for replay display, then removed.
Device and diagnostic information: when you voluntarily report an issue, we may receive device model, iOS version, app version, error logs, and screenshots.
Subscription information: managed by Apple StoreKit. The App only reads subscription status on the device to determine membership benefits and does not process your payment card information.
4. How We Use Information
To provide the core gaming experience, including AI battles, real-time multiplayer, replays, and leaderboards.
To determine membership benefits, trial status, and purchase restoration.
To handle support requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
To fulfill contractual obligations and comply with applicable laws.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Your local game settings and single-player data are stored on your device and removed when you uninstall the App.
Online room and match data are temporarily stored on Cloudflare Workers and D1. They are usually retained for 7 to 30 days after the match for replays and dispute handling, then automatically deleted.
Support emails, screenshots, and diagnostic information you voluntarily send are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the issue, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses Cloudflare Workers as the server runtime environment. Match data is processed through Cloudflare's network and is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Subscription purchases, renewals, refunds, and invoicing are handled by Apple StoreKit and are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
The App does not integrate advertising SDKs or collect data for user profiling or ad targeting.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. Except as required by law, to fulfill legal obligations, or with your explicit consent, we do not share your information with unrelated third parties.
Match replays and results are visible to other participants in the same room, which is necessary to provide the game.
8. Your Rights
You can delete local data or uninstall the App at any time.
You can manage permissions such as notifications through your system settings.
To access, correct, or delete support materials you have voluntarily submitted, please contact us through the support email.
9. Minors
The App is not primarily directed at children. If minors require guardian consent to use the service under applicable law, please use the App under a guardian's guidance.
10. Policy Updates
When product capabilities, data practices, or applicable laws change significantly, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
11. Contact Us
