Welcome to AIWar. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own, solely for personal entertainment.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or use the App for commercial purposes.
3. User Conduct
You may not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, harassing, cheating, or disruptive activity.
You may not use hacks, scripts, automation tools, or any illegal means to influence match outcomes.
You are responsible for your nickname and statements in multiplayer matches, and must not post illegal or infringing content.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App may offer subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit and subject to Apple's terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected period. You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings.
If a purchase fails to appear due to a technical issue, please contact us through the support email for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content, including but not limited to artwork, music, code, text, and trademarks, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.
Open-source components used in the App are governed by their respective licenses. See the Acknowledgements page for details.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any feature at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it may be submitted to a competent court.
